On September 13th and 14th, S-BAVTA held a bake sale at the WCC, San Leandro campus to raise money for humans and their companion animals afected by hurricane Katrina. Over $550.00 was raised through sale and donations, with BAVTA contributing and additional $200.00. All proceeds will go to benefit both the Salvation Army and VMAT. S-BAVTA would like to thank the students and staff of the WCC San Leandro, LVN, Pharmacy, Veterinary Technology departments for the donation of baked goods, extra change, and positive response to the people and animals affected by the hurricane and it's aftermath. We could not have done this without you. THANK YOU ALL!!!
